Sugar Angel's Cupcakes, Inc.is owned by Angelica Ruckert who opened in October of 2011 after leaving her corporate job to follow her dreams. Our customer base is strong and our business is from repeat customers and referrals. I started baking on a chair next to my Grandmother back in Sweden when I was about four or five years old, she taught me everything she knew and passed on her recipes to me. She came from Austria and had the most wonderful recipes that she had brought with her and shared with us grandchildren. Learning from her and seeing my grandmothers passion for baking and creating these wonderful master pieces always amazed me. As I grew older I kept the dream of one day having my own bakery making something wonderful that I could share and put smiles on peoples faces. I have for the past few years been making and creating cupcakes and other treats for my friends and family as well as anyone who wanted to try something new. I have with the help of my husbands support and encouragement finally made my ultimate dream come true. We will be adding new recipes as we grow and would love to get feedback from our clients on new ideas as well as what you like and how we can delight both young and old. I will continue to make more creative and delicious cupcakes as well as other treats for special occasions.
We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best cupcakes and other special treats for your enjoyment. This past summer when I was visiting in Sweden I was able to sample some new recipes, and bring home new ideas to play with and do my own versions of my cupcakes.
We have been looking around for a store location and we should have some news in the very near future. I am still adding more flavors to our menu and we are now doing vegetarian cupcakes as well and will be adding more as the summer is coming to an end.
